George
George is a 15.3hh Welsh Section D who was bought by his owner in August 2007. George has been in full work since the beginning of September and is now hacking out safely on the roads, is showing exceptionally promise on the flat and a fabulous aptitude over fences. George is being produced for his owner as a horse she can enjoy weekly lessons on, regular hacking and Endurance riding. George is showing such ability over fences that he will also be produced for eventing in 2008. For more pictures of George click here.

Amber
Amber is a lovely 16.hh chestnut mare whom had been bought from Reading sales but who didnt appear to want to be ridden.  Amber didnt trust anyone on her back and was very reluctant to go forward. She had learnt to rear whenever put under any pressure, making her a potentially dangerous ride. With time, patience and hard work amber learned to trust a rider and began working very well under saddle. This is Amber a year later, loving her work and particularly her jumping.

Bess

Bess is a 15.1hh Welsh Cob Mare, with a typically sensitive welsh temperament! She was bought by her owner to replace her current horse whom had retired. Her owner wanted her for hacking and endurance. However ,as Bess got more confident out hacking she got bolder and became harder to manage. As she had never been schooled she didnt understand the basic aids, making her an unresponsive and difficult ride. Bess has progressed well and is now jumping 3' courses and also performing well in dressage. She now has 3 lovely paces and her lateral work is proving very promising.

 Belle

Belle was purchased by her owner for her grand daughter as she had a lovely quiet nature and appeared to be ideal for giving confidence. However due to some prior bad treatment as a youngster and little or no work in her formative years, Belle was very reluctant to move forward at all and wouldn't have a bit in her mouth. She napped very badly and was generally an unhappy horse. This is Belle 18 months later! She is a happy horse that is giving the owner's grand daughter hours of pleasure and fun. She has developed a flair for jumping and has forgotten all about the napping as she is too busy enjoying herself in work as a fit healthy horse.
